Real Life Cases of Reincarnation

REINCARNATION

What is it after you die?  Many believe in the ideology of rebirth. This is when a  person dies biologically and is born again as a human. The discussion of the afterlife is fascinating and one of the most debated topics is reincarnation. So, Reincarnation is the transmigration or metempsychosis of an individual. The person seems to remember their past life details accurately even after death when born as a new individual. Interesting isn't it? So, in this blog let me talk about three of such famous Reincarnation stories.

SHANTI DEVI

Born in Delhi, 1926 to be specific winter night December 11. Shanti Devi was an Indian woman who claimed to remember her past life and became the subject of reincarnation research. She is considered to be one of the best characters in reincarnation stories.

It was 1930 when she was only 4 years old when she started talking of her past life and it was 1932 when she turned 6 left home and went to Mathura her previous home. She went there and spoke the local dialect, she even recognized her husband and children of her previous life. She also remembers that she died while giving birth to her child about 10 days ago which was certainly true.  She gave 24 accurate statements for confirmation. Further her previous name was Ludgi.

She stated that her husband whose name was Kedarnath was fair and wore glass, had a big wart on his left cheek. She added that his shop was located right in front of Dwarkadhish temple in Mathura. One might think it all to be taught to her but it seems impossible for a child of just 4 years to act such even if taught well enough. Her case became a matter of concern it was brought to the attention of Mahatma Gandhi who set up a commission to investigate the case. The commission traveled with Shanti Devi to Mathura arriving on November 15, 1995. It was when she recognized several family members including the grandfather of Ludgi Devi. She was surprised to find out that Kedar Nath had neglected to keep a number of promises he had made Lugdi Devi on her deathbed. She later traveled home with her parents. The commission's report published in 1936 concluded that Shanti Devi was indeed the reincarnation of Lugdi Devi.

SAM TAYLOR

The story of Sam Taylor is based upon researches by Professor Jim B. Tucker.
Sam was born a year and a half later his Paternal Grandfather left the heavenly Earth.
A boy from Vermont started recalling his past life when he was just 18 months old. Gosh, that's incredible I am 18 years old and I don't even remember my Friday Homework.
So, Sam was just 18 months old when one fine morning his father was changing his diapers, when Sam told him, "When I was your age, I used to change your diapers." Now that's not something you expect to hear from a child. Moreover, it is not a phrase to forget.  So, it's very natural to find a short discussion between his perplexed parents about the odd comment of their reincarnated son.
A series of incidents took place that confirms the reincarnation.
Firstly,  Sam was only 4 when his grandmother died. His father brought an old photo album home from her house. Sam did also never see his grandfather. Just a while later, he took a photo out of the bundle and said, "Hey! That's my car."  He denied accepting that it belonged to his grandfather who was dead.
Secondly, Sam was given a photo of his young Grandfather along with his other friends and he could easily at a glance identify his grandfather and saying its to him and his friends. His mom tried to convince him that's his grandfather but he refused again.
Lastly, he stated that a few days ago, some badmen turned his sister into fish, and guess what? His sister was actually murdered and the corpse was dumped into a waterbody.
There could be many other shocking incidents are hidden in the research papers of Professor Jim Tucker which proves that Sam Taylor was indeed the reincarnation of his deceased Paternal Grandfather.

POLLOCK TWINS

The Car Accident killed Joanne and Jacquline in 1957 and a year later they reincarnated.  Pollock Twins are considered to be reincarnations of Joanne and Jacqueline born on October 4, 1958.
May 1957, 11-year-old Joanna and Jacqueline her younger sister who was only 6 were on their way to the church accompanied by Anthony at a small town of Hexam, England. It was not too long when they were hit by an erratic driver.  The sister died at the instant and Anthony died on his way to the hospital.
John and Florence, parents of Joanna and Jacqueline were devasted. A few months later Florence felt her pregnancy and the couples who were devout Catholics often argued over the premise of reincarnation.
October 4, 1958, Jennifer and Gillian were born. Gillian was born 10 minutes earlier than Jennifer, and often looked after her twin much like Joanna looked after Jacqueline.  Jennifer had a small birthmark on her left hip which mimicked a birthmark that Jacqueline had. She also had a birthmark on her forehead, which was similar to a small scar that Jacqueline had in the same spot.  The parents also noticed that twins had very similar personalities when compared to their older sisters.  John was convinced of the reincarnation however Florence yet could not believe it to be true.
It was not too late when she had to change his belief and accept the fact that Gillian and Jennifer were in fact the reincarnation of Joanna and Jacqueline. Jennifer and Gillian were only 3 when one morning Florence overheard the girls playing a game where they recreated their sister's accident. Gillian was cradling Jennifer's head and telling her, "The blood's coming out of your eyes. That's where the car hit you."  This left Florence astounded with fear.  That's pretty normal for a mother to react to hearing her 3-year-old twin daughter.
Interestingly the twin girls also appeared to have a fear of cars, that is Ochophobia in general. In their younger years, they experienced nightmares about being hit by a car. Luckily, as they grew older, the memories of their past life seemed to fade away as they went on to live normal lives.
While the twins lost their memories of the accident entirely, Gillian later recalled experiencing visions of herself playing in a sandpit at a home in Wickham. While  Gillian has never been to Wickham, she was able to perfectly describe the house and garden that matched the house that Joanna had once lived in with her parent at 4 years old.
Having convinced to the claim of John and Florence, that they never speak to the twins about their deceased sisters until they were older enough to consider the reality and by then they lost all their memories of the previous life. So, it looks they were unaware of the fact that they were reincarnating their sisters.  When read, we can conclude  Pollock twins to be an interesting case of reincarnation.

CONCLUSION

So, do you feel yourself remembering your previous life? Do you believe in reincarnation? What is life after death is still a question unanswered.  This is a mystery never solved makes it more interesting to talk about.     We are unaware of souls near us who might be a reincarnation of even a famous historical figure, unfortunately, the person won't also be unaware of the fact. This makes it critical to discover. If you think it's true, that is if you think reincarnation is possible, why and how do you think it is true? If you consider yourself to be a reincarnation of anybody, share your story in the comments down below with us, so that the topic is not left uncultured. To conclude, I think Reincarnation is possible because the stories available to us does not seem to contradict the common acceptance trait. What do you think? Tell me down below you can also suggest content to write just like this post was suggested by Anoushka Barua. So, I welcome your suggestions as well.
Cheers!
