So, motivation is temporary and I like to call it  "The Human Charger". Yes, it is simply a source of charge which will boost you at that time, it can boost you so hard that at that moment you will deny my words, but later when the fuel is exhausted, you will come to me and comment below stating that I was right. In fact, I am never wrong indeed. Before the solution, let me give a spoiler. You are going to bring the change you want in you to be.

So, the solution is simply to be inspired, because Motivation is temporary but Inspiration is permanent which shall last long till Dooms Day. Now, you need to identify who is your inspiration? It could be anyone, but it will worth being it, only when you yourself are your inspiration. Isn't it amazing? You are your own source of inspiration, who is the only person in the entire planet Earth with the best knowledge of you. You are the only one who can cheer you up in the best possible way because there's nobody who can read you the way you can read yourself. In a nutshell, nobody can play your role better than yourself. So be you.

Now, when you inspire yourself, you might not stay motivated always, but you do stay inspired, which counts a million more. According to Sandeep Maheshwari, "When you have more than you need, feel free to give to those who need it the most" And when you are your own source of inspiration, it will never be a compromise on distribution, because the more you share is more you have in this case. In fact, being rich is not about what you have, it's about what you give. 

Once, you wanted someone who will inspire you and now you are that someone who inspires others, you are a dream which others see under the skin of closed eyes, you are the whom you always wanted to have with you, you are the reason, millions are better millions now.
